Job Description

Job Summary:
As an Assembly Operator at Hengshuai (HMC) Automotive Inc., you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by assembling automotive components with precision and efficiency. You will work in a dynamic team environment, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assembly tasks according to standardized work instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Operate machinery and tools to assemble automotive components.
  • Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly required.
  • Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and quality tracking.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, work rules, and required system forms.
  • Proven ability to communicate verbally and in written form effectively with co-workers, departments, management, vendors, and customers.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including temperature variations and noise.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
