Job Summary:
As an Assembly Operator at Hengshuai (HMC) Automotive Inc., you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by assembling automotive components with precision and efficiency. You will work in a dynamic team environment, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly tasks according to standardized work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Operate machinery and tools to assemble automotive components.
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical experience preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly required.
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and quality tracking.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, work rules, and required system forms.
- Proven ability to communicate verbally and in written form effectively with co-workers, departments, management, vendors, and customers.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including temperature variations and noise.
