Tube Bender:

Operate tube-bending machines to shape metal tubes according to specified angles and dimensions. Utilize hand tools and machinery such as press brake machines and plasma cutters for fabrication tasks. Perform pipe threading and welding as needed to complete assemblies. Conduct quality checks using micrometers and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Operate forklifts for material handling when necessary. Experience for the

Tube Bender:

Proficiency in FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, press brake machines, plasma cutting equipment, and basic math skills for measurements. Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with pipe threading and welding techniques is a plus. Forklift certification is advantageous but not required; training may be provided.
