Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30PM Pay:
$15-$20/hr, depending on experience About Us At E. Leet Woodworking, we specialize in custom design and fabrication of premium wood products, combining decades of fine-woodworking experience with advanced CNC machine capabilities. Based in Plainwell, MI, we operate a high-precision facility where wood and composites are machined and crafted into next-level solutions. We are also committed to responsible forestry practices. As part of our team, you'll join a company that takes craftsmanship seriously, encourages learning and growth, and values quality above all. Position Overview We're looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our production team. No prior woodworking experience is required, but you must be comfortable working with tools, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-moving shop environment. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, wants to build real craftsmanship skills, and is interested in growing within the shop. Responsibilities Assist with milling, sanding, material handling, and delivery Operate basic woodworking tools and shop equipment (training provided) Read and follow directions and job instructions Maintain clean and organized shop spaces Support team members on various production tasks Follow all shop safety guidelines and procedures What We're Looking For Punctual, dependable, and hardworking Comfortable working with tools and hands-on tasks Attention to detail and pride in doing things the right way Willingness to learn and take feedback Experience not required — but experience in carpentry, fabrication, trades, construction, or similar hands-on work is a plus. Essential Physical Requirements- Ability to stand for extended periods
