General Production Worker Job Description Join a dynamic team as a General Production Worker on either the 1st or 2nd shift. You will play a crucial role in the production process by standing by machines, loading and unloading parts, and verifying machinery operation. Responsibilities Stand by machines and load/unload parts in and out of fixtures. Verify that the chip conveyor is turned on. Follow written and verbal instructions. Utilize cranes or team up with colleagues for lifting up to 85 lbs. Essential Skills 1 year of recent experience as a machine operator. Ability to read and write English. Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. Good tenure at each job with consistent employment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with micrometers and calipers. Proficiency in Word and Excel.
