Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Print Production Specialist with expertise in Vinyl, Embroidery, and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. In this role, you will be at the forefront of producing high-quality custom apparel and promotional items, ensuring precision and excellence in every project. Your technical proficiency, combined with a passion for graphic design and manufacturing processes, will drive our production success. Duties Operate large-format printers, DTF printers, embroidery machines, and flexo presses with precision and efficiency. Manage color calibration and color management processes to ensure accurate reproduction across various substrates. Interpret production documents, including artwork files, specifications, and job orders to execute projects flawlessly. Perform prepress tasks using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to prepare files for printing or embroidery. Conduct machine maintenance, mechanical adjustments, and troubleshooting to optimize equipment performance. Execute cutting, paper binding, and finishing techniques to produce polished final products. Maintain quality control standards through detailed inspections, ensuring consistency and adherence to client expectations. Collaborate with design teams on layout design, typography, and print advertising elements to achieve desired visual effects. Adjust industrial equipment settings as needed for different materials and print types to maximize productivity. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all manufacturing processes and machine operations. Experience Proven experience operating large-format printers, digital printing equipment, embroidery machines, or flexo presses in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of color management principles and prepress software for preparing print-ready files. Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for layout adjustments and artwork preparation. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on industrial equipment. Understanding of print production workflows from design conception through finishing stages including cutting and binding. Experience in quality control procedures related to print accuracy, color fidelity, and material handling. Knowledge of typography, layout design principles, and print advertising standards is a plus. Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately while adhering to safety guidelines.
