• Job Description
• The Production Associate plays a key role in manufacturing and assembling custom windows and doorwalls in a high-volume production facility.

You will work in one of several areas—Shipping and Receiving, Frames, Sashes, or Doorwall/Casements—and receive ongoing cross-training on different sub-assemblies as you grow in the role. This position involves hands-on work with materials such as vinyl and glass, frequent use of hand tools, and consistent physical activity in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Responsibilities
• + Assemble windows and doorwalls by accurately measuring, cutting, and preparing vinyl, glass, and other materials according to specifications.

+ Perform repetitive lifting and moving of materials, ranging from approximately 10 to 50+ pounds depending on the assigned area and lifting level. + Punch holes, strip materials, and complete other preparation steps required for window and doorwall sub-assemblies. + Use hand tools such as hammers and related tools to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently. + Place flexible glass and other components onto frames and ensure proper fit and alignment. + Perform repetitive production movements including grasping, reaching, pulling, pushing, bending, twisting, and squatting throughout the shift. + Support production flow by stocking materials, organizing components, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace and general areas. + Follow production metrics and quotas while maintaining quality and pace in a fast-paced environment. + Adapt to different sub-assembly positions and tasks as needed, with duties varying by individual assignment. + Potentially operate machinery such as saws or welding equipment after transitioning to direct employment and receiving appropriate training. + Follow all safety guidelines and facility procedures to ensure a safe working environment. + Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support overall production operations.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Ability to read a tape measure accurately is preferred and considered a nice-to-have skill.

+ Experience in production, general labor, or assembly work, including tasks such as packaging, packing, lifting boxes, and general production support. + Experience using basic power tools in a manufacturing or similar environment is beneficial. + Willingness to learn multiple sub-assembly roles and rotate between different workstations as needed. + Reliability and strong work ethic, including the flexibility to work beyond scheduled end time when production needs require it. + Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality and consistency.

• Pay and Benefits
