Printing Systems Incorporated (PSI) is seeking hardworking, dependable, physically capable, and detail-oriented individuals to support our seasonal production operations in Taylor, Michigan. This is a temporary production assignment expected to last approximately 4-6 weeks. Employees will work in a fast-paced, clean production environment and assist with the processing, handling, quality inspection, and packaging of printed materials. Multiple positions are available. Employees may be assigned to different production functions based on operational needs, experience, ability, and training.POSITIONS AVAILABLE

GENERAL JOB DUTIES
- Loading paper and printed materials into production equipment.
- Operating or assisting with production and finishing equipment.
- Catching and removing completed materials from equipment.
- Jogging and aligning paper and printed materials.
- Sorting, stacking, organizing, and preparing printed materials.
- Packing finished products into boxes.
- Moving boxes, paper, and materials throughout the production area as needed.
- Performing visual and other required quality checks throughout the production process.
- Identifying and reporting damaged, incorrect, or improperly produced materials.
- Maintaining accurate counts and following production instructions.
- Keeping assigned work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Following all PSI safety procedures and Supervisor instructions.
- Performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
- Assisting in other production areas as business needs require.
WORK SCHEDULE & OVERTIME
This assignment requires a significant time commitment during PSI's seasonal production period. The anticipated schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Employees should also expect to work approximately two to three Sundays during the assignment based on production requirements. Work may be required on Labor Day or other holidays depending on the production schedule. Employees must be prepared to work overtime. Overtime will be paid after 40 hours worked during PSI's standard Monday-Sunday workweek, as applicable by law. Holiday hours actually worked will be paid at one and one-half (1.5) times the employee's regular hourly rate.COMPENSATION
Seasonal production employees will begin at a base rate of $17.00 per hour. In addition to the regular hourly rate, eligible employees may earn an Attendance Bonus of an additional $5.00 per hour for eligible hours worked during the seasonal assignment. The Attendance Bonus is designed to recognize employees who consistently report to work as scheduled and on time throughout the seasonal assignment. To qualify for the Attendance Bonus, employees must maintain good attendance, including reporting to work on time every scheduled workday and meeting PSI's attendance requirements for the duration of the assignment. Eligibility for and payment of the Attendance Bonus will be determined at the end of the seasonal assignment based on the employee's attendance record and PSI's Seasonal Attendance Bonus guidelines.PHYSICAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS
- Work on their feet for the majority of a 12-hour shift.
- Perform repetitive movements involving paper handling, sorting, packing, stacking, and quality checks.
- Remain focused and accurate while performing repetitive production work.
- Lift and move boxes, stacks of paper, and other production materials as required.
- Bend, reach, stand, walk, and perform other physical movements associated with production work.
- Work safely around production machinery and equipment.
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Maintain productivity and attention to detail throughout the shift.
