- Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble wood products.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Safely operate forklifts and other machinery as needed.
- Troubleshoot fabrication issues and offer process improvements. Must-Have Qualities

Manufacturing:
