• Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble wood products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Safely operate forklifts and other machinery as needed.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and offer process improvements. Must-Have Qualities
