This is a possible contract to hire opportunity. These are immediate openings! The production associate will support operations in winding, braiding, assembly, and final prep. This hands-on role includes equipment operation, quality control, and production support in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. Pay rate is $18.00 an hour. Hours will be 1st shift-8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production machinery
- Perform inspections and meet quality standards
- Use handheld tools
- Support setup, changeover, and production processes
- Troubleshoot minor issues and contribute to improvements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
- 1-2 years of manufacturing/production experience preferred
- Prior experience working with handheld tools such as drills, crimping machines, clamps etc.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from time to time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team
