Brake Press Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 to $26.00 /hour Full Time work available Various shifts available (Monday through Friday) Set up, program, and operate brake press machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components according to blueprints and specifications. Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, protractors, and other precision measuring instruments. Troubleshoot machine and programming issues to ensure production quality and minimize downtime. Verify completed parts meet customer and engineering requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by reducing setup times and increasing production efficiency. Safely handle materials and complete forklift (hi-lo) training as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Brake Press Operator Qualifications:

Previous Brake Press Operator experience is required Experience setting up, programming, and operating brake press equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Experience using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and protractors Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
