Monitors all chemicals, maintains proper viscosity/PH, mixes inks, maintains chillers, paper roll handling, and consumption of raw materials. Assists during make-readies, as well as assisting Operators as needed. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing Intermediate computer skills: experience using a database or spreadsheet software Understanding of and consistent adherence to Health & Safety, Quality and Security standards What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED. Mechanical Aptitude Test score of no less than 38. Printing, general manufacturing, and tool handling experience are and asset. Understands flexo/digital printing press manufacturing process Handling 20 - 25 lbs. anilox sleeves,15 - 20 lbs. plate sleeves, 45-50 lbs. pails of ink, and drums of ink up to 650 lbs.
