Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Production Operator to join our team in Ada, MN. This hands-on position supports daily facility, warehouse, and agricultural operations, including loading and unloading trucks and railcars, operating machinery, monitoring inventory, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate has previous operations or general labor experience, is mechanically inclined, and is comfortable working extended hours during peak harvest season. Key Responsibilities Perform general labor and production responsibilities safely, efficiently, and independently. Load and unload agricultural products and materials from trucks and railcars. Prepare trucks and railcars for loading and unloading, including opening hatches, connecting or disconnecting hoses, and assisting with sampling. Operate heavy and light-duty equipment used to move bulk and packaged materials. Operate equipment such as loaders, forklifts, conveyors, tractors, and other facility machinery as qualified. Control and monitor load-out functions and automated scale/dump systems. Perform warehouse duties, including loading and unloading inventory, material movement, forklift operation, and general maintenance. Monitor product and inventory quality, including bulk, blended, and packaged materials. Complete routine daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance and inspections. Inspect pumps, valves, loading arms, and other equipment for leaks or maintenance concerns. Perform housekeeping duties such as sweeping, shoveling, power washing, scraping, and cleaning spills. Maintain accurate operational, maintenance, and inventory records. Follow all company policies, government regulations, and established safety procedures. Identify and report safety hazards, equipment concerns, maintenance needs, and customer issues. Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with customers. Perform additional duties as assigned to support safe and efficient facility operations. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in operations, business operations, production, warehouse, agriculture, or a related environment. Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work the extended harvest schedule, including long shifts and weekends. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous agriculture, grain, warehouse, production, or material handling experience preferred. Experience operating forklifts, loaders, conveyors, tractors, or similar machinery is a plus. Ability to safely operate and work around industrial and agricultural equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize equipment or safety concerns. Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to: Lift up to 75 lbs. Climb ladders, stairs, and bins. Perform physically demanding general labor and material handling duties. Work in environments that may include dust, changing temperatures, and adverse weather conditions. Work extended hours during peak harvest season.

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 - 80.0 per week
