Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. This role involves transforming raw materials into finished products through precise fabrication processes, adhering to detailed blueprints and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and experience working with various materials including composites and wood. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing operations in a dynamic environment committed to safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Duties Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and shop math skills to cut, shape, and assemble materials accurately. Perform machining tasks and assemble components according to technical requirements. Adhere strictly to safety protocols during all fabrication activities to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct dimensional measurements for quality assurance throughout the production process. Maintain an organized workspace, manage inventory of hand tools and materials, and support warehouse operations as needed. Experience Proven experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments involving machining, or composite material handling. Proficiency operating power tools, and hand tools. Knowledge of safety protocols related to manufacturing environments. Strong mechanical aptitude with understanding of assembly processes and machining techniques. Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential. Candidates who demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive approach will thrive in this role. $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
