Join Marvin as a Weekend Shift Production Associate in our Manufacturing & Production team. You'll help build premium windows, doors, and skylights by operating equipment, assembling components, performing quality checks, and following standardized work instructions. Responsibilities Operate production and assembly equipment to manufacture premium windows, doors, and skylights according to established work instructions and quality standards during weekend shifts Assemble product components using hand and power tools, ensuring proper fit, finish, and alignment Follow all safety procedures, use required personal protective equipment, and immediately report any unsafe conditions or incidents Inspect materials and finished products for defects, measurements, and overall quality, and take corrective action or escalate issues as needed Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and basic drawings to meet daily and weekly output goals Handle, move, and stage raw materials, parts, and finished goods in an organized and safe manner Accurately record production data, counts, and quality checks using paper forms or basic computer/scan systems Participate in continuous improvement activities, helping identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency Keep work areas clean and organized, performing basic equipment checks and routine housekeeping throughout the shift Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to resolve production issues and support a positive, people-first work environment Required Skills Manufacturing equipment operation Basic mechanical aptitude Reading production work orders and drawings Measurement and basic math skills Quality inspection and documentation Use of hand and power tools Safety procedures and PPE use Material handling Basic computer or scanner use for production reporting Teamwork and communication Time management Troubleshooting minor equipment issues
