Opportunity:
This position is responsible for assembling, fabricating, and inspecting high-quality aluminum railing systems used in commercial and multifamily construction projects. Team members work in a fast-paced production environment using hand and power tools while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. What You'll Be Doing:
Assemble aluminum railing systems according to blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions. Measure, cut, drill, fasten, and fit aluminum components with precision. Operate hand tools, power tools, drills, and other production equipment safely. Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications. Package and stage completed railing systems for shipment. Report material shortages, equipment concerns, or quality issues to supervisors. What makes you a great fit: Manufacturing, assembly, construction, or carpentry experience preferred but not required. Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Basic math and measurement skills. Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to read simple blueprints or work instructions is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Why work with our client?
