Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Shift Production Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting various operational processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

50/hour What's the Job? Run one or more operational pieces of equipment in the Gap Pad Cellular processing area. Ensure all processes are followed according to job routers, specifications, and standard work procedures. Complete required quality testing and document results accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area to 5S standards. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment and support process improvements. What's Needed? Ability to work independently and take initiative. Willingness to learn new tasks and responsibilities. Mechanical aptitude to support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Strong communication skills to build teamwork across shifts. Experience using specialized tools (Mic's, Tape Measures, etc.) is a plus. HS Diploma/GED BKG/DG Brillium Test What's in it for me?
