What You'll Do Support production activities by creating and managing work orders while ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on schedule. Review quality records and documentation to support product release and regulatory compliance. Maintain product retain samples through collection, organization, tracking, and storage. Initiate and document deviations, nonconformances, and quality events while partnering with QA to investigate and implement corrective actions. Oversee production changeovers and address quality-related concerns involving labeling, component verification, and product quality. Inspect incoming materials and components, identifying potential issues and escalating concerns when necessary. Maintain detailed quality records and tracking systems that support audits, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. Evaluate raw materials and finished products for adherence to established quality and sensory standards. Identify irregularities in product appearance and detect out-of-specification odors during sensory evaluations. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and R D teams to support new product introductions and ongoing quality initiatives. What We're Looking For Associate's degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience in a science-related field preferred. Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment. Strong attention to detail and documentation practices. Ability to identify and troubleshoot quality concerns while working in a fast-paced production environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
