Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Specific job duties will vary based on the position that is best suited with the skills, experience, and interests of qualified applicants. Our production areas include machine operators, assembly, brazing, crating, testing, tube fabrication, material handler. 1st
Shift :
6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday 2nd
Shift :
2:30pm-1:00am Monday-Thursday ($1.00/hr Shift Differential Applies) Utilize work orders and blueprints to ensure work is assembled according to specifications. Complete work within estimated time frames. Collaborate with a team to ensure products are produced on time. Communicate any machine complications or challenges to lead/supervisor. Participate in 5S, cleaning and organizing methods. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards. Qualifications (preferred): Manufacturing experience, particularly in metal fabrication/metal joining. Experience in mechanical assembly. Experience with progressive stamping. Skilled in performing quality inspections. OSHA certification Qualifications (required): Ability to read detailed instructions and blueprints. Ability to measure via measuring tape. Ability to convert decimals to fractions. Ability to assemble products using a variety of hand tools. Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
