IQ Resource Group is hiring Production workers for a leading production facility in Clara City, MN! Production, Material Handlers and Quality Tech positions available!

Schedule:

1st AND 2nd shift available. 1st shift: 6:00am-6:00pm 4 days on and 4 days off 2nd shift: 6:00pm-6:00am 4 days on and 4 days off

Pay:

$20.00 an hour for Production AND $22.00 an hour for Material Handlers The Production Workers are responsible for the overall quality of food production and are responsible for operating equipment in the production area in an efficient and productive manner.

Responsibilities:

Be able to rotate into various line positions when needed. Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Report production and quality issues to supervisor. Stage materials for delivery or pickup. Perform packaging line duties. Review with prior shift operator about state of production. Follow production schedules. Maintain daily sanitation. Ensure bags are stacked orderly.

Requirements:

It can become very hot in the production area, would need to be able to work in the heat. Lifting 50-55 pounds up to waist height. Lots of bending and being on feet for a prolonged time period. Must be willing to cross-train and help others during downtime. Forklift Certified highly preferred. Steel Toe shoes are required IND123

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
