Available Positions We are hiring for a variety of production roles, including: Fiberglass Laminators Assembly Team Members Finish and Trim Technicians Cutter/Grinders General Production Associates What You'll Do Depending on the position, responsibilities may include: Fabricating and assembling fiberglass products Operating manufacturing equipment, hand tools and power tools Reading work instructions and specifications Measuring, trimming, finishing, sanding, and inspecting parts Maintaining quality standards throughout production Collaborating with team members to meet production goals Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Desire to learn and grow Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliability and dependability Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for many positions Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required Ability to work with hand and power tools Ability to follow all safety procedures and use required PPE Our Culture We believe the best products are built by great people who enjoy coming to work.
