Cleanroom Production Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shift Options. No Experience Required! Help build critical medical components in a world‑class cleanroom environment About the Role As a Cleanroom Production Operator , you'll work inside a modern, climate‑controlled cleanroom supporting the Trimming , Molding , or Mill/Mix departments. You'll operate specialized equipment, handle raw materials, and perform detailed inspections to ensure silicone and plastic components meet strict medical‑grade quality standards. This is hands‑on, precision‑focused work where your attention to detail directly impacts the safety and reliability of medical devices used around the world. 🕒 Available Shifts Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle: 2nd

10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Shift differentials available for 2nd & 3rd shift 🛠 What You'll Do
  • Operate molding equipment to produce silicone and plastic components to exact specifications
  • Set up, run, and monitor molding presses or injection molding machines
  • Load raw materials , remove molded parts, and complete in‑process inspections
  • Document production data accurately and report abnormalities
  • Trim, finish, and inspect molded components to meet cosmetic and dimensional standards
  • Remove flash using hand tools with precision and consistency
  • Perform detailed visual inspections , including microscope work
  • Weigh, mix, and mill raw materials according to batch records
  • Operate mixing and milling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area that meets cleanroom standards
  • Follow all SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement 🏭 Work Environment
  • Newly built, state‑of‑the‑art cleanroom
  • Controlled temperature and humidity
  • Strict gowning and cleanliness protocols
  • Work performed in Trimming, Molding, or Mill/Mix depending on production needs
  • Use of molding presses, injection molding machines, mixers, mills, and microscopes
  • Highly organized, professional, and process‑driven environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
