Hire Requirements and Qualifications:

Attention to detail. Basic math and conversion skills. Ability to work as a team or independently. Ability to work at a fast pace, on a constantly moving production line. Ability to or willingness to operate a fork truck, training provided. 50 lbs lifting and carrying requirement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Read area cleanup and equipment care postings to support 5S Lean practices. Keep the area clean and organized. Use practical problem-solving skills and work with colleagues to accomplish objective. Attend each of your scheduled shifts and arrive to work on time. Positions parts or materials for processing. Care for machines, add coolant to reservoirs of machines, and lubricate machine parts. Removes foreign material from items on conveyor belts. Assists other production workers in production activities. Report labor transactions and job information accurately. Control material cost, labor, and overhead costs. Work efficiently with colleagues to minimize energy use and material waste. Create an environment of producing the best product, at the best price with quality expectations and on schedule. Implement training received to assist with job efficiency and quality expectations.
