Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Print Production Associate for a temp-to-perm opportunity in Saint Paul, MN. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented production professional who enjoys hands-on document work, client communication, and coordinating daily workflow in a fast-paced office services environment. As the Print Production Associate, you will help lead day-to-day print, scan, shipping, receiving, and document assembly operations while supporting a small team. - Lead daily print production operations and coordinate workflow to ensure requests are completed accurately and on time.
- Perform document production tasks, including printing, scanning, assembly, cutting, binding, and punching.
- Handle shipping and receiving activities using UPS and USPS.
- Maintain production and office supply inventory, restock materials, and support an organized work area.
- Communicate with clients and customers by email and phone, including updates and report preparation.
- Train, guide, and support team members while troubleshooting advanced print and document production jobs. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $22 per hour.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.- Job type: Contract/Temporary, temp-to-perm opportunity.
Location:
Saint Paul, MN. Required Qualifications and Skills- Coordinate daily print production workflow and prioritize incoming requests.
- Operate printing, scanning, binding, punching, cutting, and document assembly equipment.
- Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, client communication, and production reporting.
- Train and support team members while helping maintain service quality and deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 or more years of related print production, document services, office services, or administrative support experience.
- Experience with basic shipping and receiving, printing, binding, and document production.
- Ability to operate advanced printing and document equipment and troubleshoot complex production jobs.
- Experience delivering classroom training, informal training, or hands-on team support.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for client and customer interactions.
- Ability to lead by example, set priorities, learn quickly, and support team performance. Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a lead print production, mailroom, office services, copy center, or document production environment.
- Experience preparing customer reports or production updates.
- Familiarity with fast-paced client service environments where accuracy, deadlines, and communication are critical.
