This is a hands-on position that combines graphic design, printing, finishing, and customer service. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong computer skills, pays close attention to detail, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Create and edit designs for business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, banners, signs, invitations, and other printed materials Prepare customer-supplied artwork and files for printing Operate digital printers, copiers, wide-format printers, and other print equipment Perform finishing work including cutting, folding, laminating, binding, mounting, and packaging Work directly with customers to understand their ideas and turn them into professional finished products Check artwork, spelling, sizing, resolution, bleeds, and other details before production Provide excellent, friendly customer service in person and over the phone Assist with general store operations as needed Keep the print and production areas clean and organized Manage multiple jobs while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy Qualifications Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar design software Strong general computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly Printing or print-production experience is required Strong attention to detail Good spelling, proofreading, and basic math skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Dependable, organized, and able to prioritize multiple projects Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn printing equipment, processes, and store procedures What We're Looking For The right person doesn't have to know everything on day one. We are looking for someone who is creative, comfortable with technology, willing to learn, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping customers . Because every print project is different, you should be comfortable problem-solving and figuring out the best way to take a customer's idea from concept to finished product.
