  • ⚙️ Machine Operator - Start Immediately | $22.50/hr | Weekly Pay | 3rd Shift ?
  • Join a fast‑paced food‑production team where you'll operate high‑tech equipment, support continuous production, and help create high‑quality products every shift. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and a steady overnight schedule.
  • ? What You'll Do
  • + •Start up equipment•at the start of each shift and verify proper operation; report issues to maintenance + •Replace mesh and Teflon belts•safely to maintain continuous production flow + •Adjust machine settings•to ensure correct product size, weight, and quality + •Verify recipes and system settings•during changeovers using the Plex ERP system + •Complete production paperwork•accurately and maintain ERP data requirements + •Record production waste•using correct settings and troubleshoot discrepancies + •Partner with maintenance•to resolve equipment issues quickly + •Maintain a clean work area•to support safety and efficiency + •Participate in food safety activities•and follow all food‑defense protocols + •Assist sanitation•with equipment cleaning and proper reassembly •?

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $22.

50 - $22.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
