Carlson Print Group produces sports and entertainment trading cards and premium printed products for leading brands—and we're growing! We're looking for a Data Processor to help turn customer specifications and data into accurate, organized information used for estimating and production. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, Excel, detailed documentation, and problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Review customer specifications, spreadsheets, and supporting documents and enter accurate information for estimating and production. Organize and validate product information including quantities, materials, printing, finishing, collation, and packaging requirements. Identify missing, unclear, or conflicting information and work with internal teams to resolve questions. Create and validate electronic subject layouts to help optimize production efficiency. Maintain accurate records and perform quality checks to ensure data is complete and reliable. What We're Looking For Strong Excel , computer, and data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with detailed spreadsheets , specifications, quantities, and production information. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments. Ability and willingness to learn our printing, manufacturing, and collectible card processes.
