Production Associate - Direct Employment

Production Associate- Full Benefits Direct Hire Opportunity Job Overview We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our manufacturing team through direct placement . In this role, you will assemble radiators and radiator coils used in copper piping systems. This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with mechanical assembly experience who are comfortable reading blueprints, using hand tools, and working in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Be Doing Assemble radiators and radiator coils according to work orders and blueprints Measure, cut, and assemble components using hand tools and measuring tools Install metal brackets using drills and fasteners Accurately read a tape measure to meet product specifications Complete work within established production time standards Communicate equipment issues, quality concerns, or production challenges to leads or supervisors Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Participate in 5S, cleaning, and organizational activities Follow all company safety, quality, and operational policies Required Qualifications 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Proficient with tape measures and hand tools Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Basic computer skills Understanding and proper use of PPE (steel-toe boots, eye and hearing protection) Work Environment Clean, modern manufacturing facility Temperature-controlled work areas Updated and well-maintained equipment Music permitted at controlled levels per safety guidelines (covered during orientation) No cell phone use on the production floor for safety reasons Apply Today Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.
