Team Lead:

Manage daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and safety requirements Adjust staffing and schedules to meet customer needs and delivery deadlines Monitor production flow and proactively address bottlenecks Maintain an active floor presence to support, motivate, and lead teams Conduct daily start-of-shift production meetings to communicate goals and expectations Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork, inventory transactions, and production logs Oversee efficient line, tank, and/or work cell changeovers with minimal downtime What You Need to Bring to the

Team Lead Role:
