This position works within the Finish Department, assisting with the preparation, finishing, inspection, and packaging of custom wood products. Inspect finished products for appearance, quality, and accuracy. Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment. Operate hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures. Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout production as needed. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, woodworking, finishing, or assembly experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
