Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Die Cutter Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will operate and maintain die cutting machines to produce high-quality packaging and printing products. Your expertise will ensure precision, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced converting machinery in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Operate and monitor die cutting machines, ensuring accurate cuts according to production specifications and detailed manufacturing documents. operation of papper cutter is a must Machines include Heidleberg cylinder diecutter, Little Giant, Clam shell Adjust industrial equipment settings, including mechanical components and safety features, to optimize machine performance. Conduct dimensional measurements and quality checks on finished products to meet strict quality standards in production. Interpret complex production documents, including job tickets and prepress instructions, to ensure precise execution of tasks. Perform routine mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs on converting machines to minimize downtime and maintain continuous workflow. Handle manual tasks such as paper packaging, material loading, and stacking finished products with care and precision. Follow safety protocols diligently, adhering to all safety standards in production for personal safety and team well-being. Requirements Proven experience operating converting machinery such as flexo presses or die cutters in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to adjust industrial equipment accurately and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively. Familiarity with prepress processes, printing techniques, and quality standards in production environments. Ability to interpret production documents accurately and perform basic math calculations related to measurements and dimensions. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts for material handling purposes is preferred. Strong understanding of safety standards in production, including safety protocol adherence and proper use of personal protective equipment. Basic knowledge of machining processes, dimensional measurements, and industrial equipment adjustment techniques.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
