Since 2013, SpecializedRx has been innovating pharmacy compounding products to help meet the needs of the changing pharmacy practice worldwide. Position Summary We are seeking a Production Associate to join our team in Fridley, MN. This role will prepare, weigh, fill, and package products for the correct delivery of production orders for existing and new products while adhering to procedures and policies required to maintain cGMP. Assist with warehouse and shipping/receiving functions as needed on a daily basis. This is a first shift position with hours 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Responsibilities Control the manufacturing output of several product lines against the production protocol. Weigh, fill and package raw materials according to the quality assurance guidelines. Assist in maintaining necessary raw material inventory levels within our automated tracking system. Pick, package and help ship customer orders on time as needed. Adhere to established guidelines regarding quality and production safety when completing production orders. Sample collection for quality control testing. Regularly carry out the required accuracy checks as prescribed by the production protocol. Maintain production cleanroom environment before and after each production order with the aim of working in a clean environment that is in line with the quality requirements. Willingness to learn and grow with the company with the ultimate objective to advance your professional career and compensation. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be able to lift up to 50lbs High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. One to two years related experience in an environment that requires PPE; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior cGMP operations experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and listening skills required. Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office Products. Basic math skills. Outgoing attitude and desire to achieve results driven goals. Orientation towards teamwork and a collaborative environment.
