Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish/English) Manufacturing Associate to join our production team on both 1st and 2nd shifts. This role involves supporting manufacturing operations within a fast-paced facility, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in all tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills in both languages, and experience working in a manufacturing environment. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining smooth production processes and upholding safety standards. Duties to include assemble pre-cut building materials to build roof and floor trusses. Operating machines that perform force fitting or fastening on assembly tables or lines. Processes include positioning and insertion of metal reinforcement plates over connecting joints and connecting parts at joints using power tools.
