We embroider custom logos and designs onto shirts, hats, jackets, bags, and other products for customers across the country. Our work has included orders for businesses, nonprofits, TV and movie production companies, and even the residential staff of the Vice President of the United States. We're looking for a Production Associate to join our team on a seasonal, part-time basis, averaging 15-20 hours per week . This is a hands-on role where you'll help prepare customer orders from production through shipping. No previous embroidery or production experience is necessary — we will train the right person! What You'll Do Depending on our production needs, you may work in a variety of areas, including: Trimming and finishing embroidered products Preparing and packaging finished items Boxing and preparing orders for shipment Labeling and organizing completed orders Assisting with embroidery machine operation as you become trained Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy Keeping the production area clean and organized Helping with other production tasks as needed No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have the opportunity to learn different parts of our production process. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and dependable Hard-working and takes pride in their work Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy Comfortable following instructions and completing work on schedule Comfortable working with their hands and performing repetitive tasks Able to work independently while also being a team player Able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and walk throughout the workday Able to lift up to 50 pounds Experience is not required. We will provide training! A crafty, creative, or "maker" mindset is a plus, but the most important things are reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
