2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Must be available to train on 1st Shift before moving to 2nd Shift Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Lakeville, MN. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and according to quality standards. In addition to operating production equipment, team members will assist with general warehouse and facility duties to maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment. This role requires working both indoors and outdoors and candidates must be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow. Responsibilities Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery Run packaging equipment to label, print lot codes, package, and palletize products Inspect bottles and packaged products to ensure quality standards are met Place finished products into boxes according to required quantities Verify printer functionality and ensure accurate lot and date coding Stack and organize boxes onto pallets according to established pallet patterns Perform inventory counts and assist with material movement as needed Maintain a clean work area through sweeping, restacking pallets, shoveling, and general housekeeping duties Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Support additional warehouse and production tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous machine operation, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Team-oriented with a positive and dependable attitude Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
