Production Floater Job Summary ICG Metal is looking for versatile and highly adaptable Production Floater to join our metal fabrication and powder coating team in Litchfield MN. You will train across multiple production stations and step in where needed to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Department Support:

Seamlessly rotate between production areas as needed. Production areas may include but are not limited to material prep, sand blasting, welding, cutting, polishing, powder coating, shipping etc. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or powder coating is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Ability to read and follow technical blueprints or work orders. Strong attention to detail with an eye for spotting cosmetic defects. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Full-time, Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 3PM (Overtime may be required for time to time )
