You'll own the day-to-day flow of outbound shipments - from pulling and protecting product to getting it labeled, documented, and on a truck. If you take pride in doing careful work at a steady pace and want to be part of a company that makes gear climbers love, this is a great fit. This is a full-time, in-person position with room to cross-train across production departments as you grow. What You'll Do Pull, wrap, and box climbing holds and accessories so they arrive damage-free Generate shipping labels and confirm addresses, tracking numbers, and order details are correct Complete outbound paperwork such as commercial invoices and international customs documents Book carrier pickups and keep daily shipments on schedule Give every order a final quality check before it leaves the building Log completed shipments and help keep inventory counts accurate Keep the packing station stocked and flag supply shortages before they become a problem Operate a forklift to help keep items in stock What We're Looking For A sharp eye for detail - accuracy in packing and labeling is the core of this job Comfort being on your feet, moving, and lifting throughout a full shift Experience keeping up in a deadline-driven, fast-moving workplace Background in warehousing, fulfillment, or manufacturing strongly preferred Knowledge of carrier platforms, shipping workflows, or logistics is a bonus Clear communicator who works well with teammates and delivery drivers alike Familiarity with LEAN or continuous improvement practices is a plus Comfort using shop tools (drills, saws, sanders, pneumatic tools) or willingness to learn Working Conditions & Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

Work quickly without sacrificing quality Collaborate well and maintain positive working relationships across the team Use good judgment and make sound decisions independently Follow established procedures and take direction well Spot quality issues and act on them Show up reliably and on time for every scheduled shift Suggest smarter ways of working when you see them Stay focused through interruptions and shifting priorities Physical requirements: Stand for full shifts of 8+ hours Regularly lift up to 50 lbs Visually inspect product against quality standards Wear required PPE for full shifts, including N95 mask, hearing protection, eye protection, and long sleeves Work in a manufacturing environment with dust, noise, and chemical use Be able to be trained to drive a forklift Cross-train on equipment in other departments as production needs shift — dispensing machine, pallet jack, hydraulic press, orbital sander, chop saw, router, and hand tools Cover letters should be submitted along with the application for interviews.
Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
