Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable, entry-level Production Worker to assist with general cleaning, recycling, and material-handling responsibilities. This is a straightforward, hands-on position involving lightweight materials and repetitive tasks that help keep production areas clean, organized, and running efficiently. No previous manufacturing experience is required. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, able to follow instructions, and comfortable staying active throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, and maintaining production areas. Open cartons and prepare materials for recycling. Process blister cards and other designated materials for recycling. Sort, organize, and handle lightweight production materials. Assist with material movement and general production flow. Maintain clean and organized work and recycling areas. Complete repetitive tasks consistently while maintaining attention to detail. Follow written and verbal work instructions. Properly use required safety equipment. Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Assist with additional general production responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Entry-level opportunity; no previous manufacturing experience required. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be able to successfully complete required background screening. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently and maintain focus. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Safety shoes and safety glasses required. Ability to remain physically active throughout the workday. Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements. Ability to regularly lift and handle materials weighing approximately 10-25 pounds.

Working Conditions:

Clean, indoor light-manufacturing and production environment. Hands-on position involving frequent movement, cleaning, recycling, and material handling. Work primarily involves lightweight materials and repetitive tasks. Safety shoes and safety glasses must be worn as required. Must consistently follow established workplace safety procedures.
