What You'll Do:
Perform leak testing, inspection, and finishing of tanks and molded componentsSet up and assist with mold/tool changes and production processesConduct secondary operations such as routing, flaming, and fiberglassingRead and follow work instructions, job orders, and proceduresEnsure all paperwork and documentation are completed accuratelyIdentify and suggest process improvements or cost-saving ideasSupport multiple areas within production as neededMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasPromote a positive, team-oriented work environmentWhat You Need to Bring to the
Production Molder Role:
