Production Associate - Menahga, MNPenmac Staffing is hiring a Production Associate for a manufacturing facility in the Menahga area. This is a full-time opportunity on a 1st shift schedule with a four-day workweek and opportunities for additional hours as needed. Schedule:

Full-Time, 1st Shift Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Some Fridays may be required based on production needs.

Operate and monitor automated pallet production equipmentPerform quality inspections to ensure products meet specificationsKeep production lines operating efficiently with minimal downtime and wasteSafely start up, operate, and shut down equipment according to established proceduresAssist with machine setups, changeovers, and production adjustmentsMonitor equipment performance and identify potential issuesOperate computerized machine controls and production systemsInspect finished pallets for defects and verify quality standardsAdjust machine settings for different pallet sizes and production requirementsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaCollaborate with team members to achieve daily production goalsReady to get started?
