Shift Location:
Milaca, MN Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM, with potential overtime as needed Join a Growing Production Team We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team as a Production Associate - 2nd Shift . This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing high-quality food products while maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and works well as part of a team. Position Summary The Production Associate is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by performing production line duties, maintaining product flow, and assisting with sanitation and food safety processes. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Essential Responsibilities Perform routine and repetitive tasks on a production assembly line. Follow established work instructions and production procedures. Apply product ingredients manually and with production equipment. Fill machines with ingredients and materials as needed. Keep production lines stocked to support efficient operations. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety policies. Clean and sanitize food manufacturing equipment utilizing established cleaning procedures. Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines and company procedures. Properly wear and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE). Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning, sanitation, and inspection purposes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing, production, food processing, sanitation, warehouse, or assembly experience is beneficial but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Commitment to maintaining food safety and workplace safety standards. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday. Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
