Twin City Staffing is looking for a hardworking Production Associate to join a premier team in Monticello! This hands-on position is a great fit for dependable individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company. You will be a vital part of the production floor, handling everything from material prep to final shipping.

Prepare and package completed products for transport Ensure all items are labeled and organized correctly Clean and sanitize machinery to maintain quality Help mix and package specific recipes and formulas Move and lift materials up to 50 lbs. regularly Keep the production area tidy and hazard-free

Requirements:

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively Waterproof, slip-resistant work boots Comfortable working in a rugged or dirty shop environment Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Reliability and punctuality for early morning shifts
