In this role, you'll help manufacture high-quality textile products by sewing, assembling, inspecting, and packaging materials with precision and care. • Sew and assemble products according to work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
• Read and follow production instructions while maintaining high quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Package products for shipment or inventory storage.
• Properly identify, store, and organize finished products and raw materials.
• Notify Purchasing of material substitutions or usage changes during production.
• Work with supervisors and production coordinators to prioritize daily workflow.
• Monitor sewing equipment and report any maintenance or quality concerns.
• Communicate quality issues and help identify solutions.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
