Job Description
We're looking for a Sewer to join our manufacturing team. Whether you have industrial sewing experience or transferable skills from sewing, upholstery, quilting, tailoring, or machine operation, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll help manufacture high-quality textile products by sewing, assembling, inspecting, and packaging materials with precision and care. - Sew and assemble products according to work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
- Read and follow production instructions while maintaining high quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Package products for shipment or inventory storage.
- Properly identify, store, and organize finished products and raw materials.
- Notify Purchasing of material substitutions or usage changes during production.
- Work with supervisors and production coordinators to prioritize daily workflow.
- Monitor sewing equipment and report any maintenance or quality concerns.
- Communicate quality issues and help identify solutions.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
