Responsibilities:

Read, follow and sign route sheet Able to take direction and retain information Follow daily work schedules Record data in Excel Review and inspect work per IPC, ISO, control plans and job aids Move work orders in ERP system Crosstrain based on business needs Gain a general knowledge of continuous improvement Gain a general knowledge of lean Take responsibility for personal job performance Understand and actively participate in 5S initiatives Identify defects Possess basic computer skills (e.g. able to navigate Internet, enter data in Excel, compose and send email) Other duties as assigned Must be able to stand for entire shift, and be able to Requirements High School diploma or general education degree (GED) 18 years of age Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident PCB manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Able to read, interpret and follow customer and IPC specifications Demonstrates a very high attention to detail Able to work on feet for long periods of time Must successfully complete position specific training and pass the applicable written test Reliable attendance Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to support business needs Must be comfortable working near and with chemicals. • based on being within the Wetroom. Able to frequently lift 50 lbs• based on being within the Wetroom. English speaking preferred as is the ability to read technical documents and pass certification exams written in English.
