Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Filler Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating filling machines, ensuring accurate packaging, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the production process. Your proactive approach will help us deliver top-quality products while adhering to strict regulatory and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. - Working on the filling and assembly lines for packaging products
- Operating Filling equipment for paint and related products into various containers
- Packaging and Palletizing products for shipment
- Assembly of kits
- Cleaning and daily upkeep if packaging equipment
- Work with other team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Follow all safety rules and ISO requirements - Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Be able to work overtime when needed
- Actively participate on improvement teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity
- High School Diploma preferred
- Experience of working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
- Good work ethic and proven ability to perform in a team
- Proven ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks
- Trustworthy and dependable
