Duties Operate various machinery and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Assist in food processing, packaging, and assembly tasks to meet production targets efficiently. Follow detailed procedures aligned with FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other regulatory standards to ensure product safety and quality. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering strictly to sanitation protocols and safety standards. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to verify compliance with quality standards in production and food safety management. Document production activities accurately Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Requirements Prior experience in food production or a manufacturing environment is highly preferred, especially within a food & beverage production setting. Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), GMP, and safety standards in production is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety management, sanitation procedures, and quality assurance practices within the food industry. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and data recording during production activities. ability to repetitively stand and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely while maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
