Production Operator I Pay & Schedule Options We are currently hiring Production Operators I with three available schedule and pay options: Option 1
  • 1st Shift Monday
  • Thursday 5:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM $19.00/hour Option 2
  • Weekend Day Shift Friday
  • Sunday 5:00 AM
  • 5:30 PM $22.80/hour (includes shift differential) Option 3
  • Weekend Night Shift Friday
  • Sunday 5:00 PM
  • 5:30 AM $22.
20/hour Job Overview The Production Operator I is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment and supporting the production process from raw materials through finished products. This position follows established procedures and quality standards while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and interested in building experience in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate equipment used to manufacture products from raw materials into finished goods. Follow established work instructions, procedures, blueprints, layouts, and schematics. Perform production and manufacturing tasks according to established quality and safety standards. Conduct in-process quality checks and tests to ensure products meet required specifications. Perform visual, dimensional, and microscope inspections as required. Properly use measurement and inspection equipment. Identify product defects, equipment malfunctions, and process abnormalities. Troubleshoot basic equipment or production issues and report concerns to supervision. Maintain accurate production, quality, inventory, and inspection records. Track materials used during the manufacturing process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and data sheets. Support material handling and production activities according to established procedures. Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance activities as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and housekeeping standards. Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and applicable workplace policies. Meet established production, quality, safety, and efficiency goals. Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and support personnel. Participate in training, cross-training, continuous improvement, and problem-solving activities. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Ability to safely work in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and procedures. Basic understanding of quality, safety, and manufacturing principles. Ability to use basic production tools and measurement equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new processes and equipment. Ability to follow established procedures and meet production requirements. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Willingness to work scheduled shifts and overtime when required.
