In this role, you'll help produce high-quality LED products by performing assembly, inspection, and shipping tasks in a clean manufacturing environment. Production Associate:

• Learn to solder electrical components according to specifications (training provided)
• Perform quality inspections on finished products before shipment
• Package products for shipment
• Prepare customer orders for shipping
• Measure LED light components to ensure order accuracy What You Need to Bring to the

Production Associate Role:

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, or similar equipment preferred
• Warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work with small parts and delicate components
• Willingness to learn soldering and electronics assembly
• Ability to follow written instructions and quality standards
