Manufacturing Associate Location:
St.
Paul, MN Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Pay Rate:
$18.00 - $20.25 Per hour based on experience
Term:
6-month contract with possible extensions or permanency based on performance
Shift:
M - F 7:00 AM to 3:30
PM Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED / Warehouse, Inventory Control, Logistics experience is a Must! •

Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates to support the production of high-quality medical devices and capital equipment in an ESD manufacturing environment. This is not a clean room position . Work may include assembly, repair, testing, and packaging of equipment similar to computers and generators. This role requires individuals who can follow standardized manufacturing procedures, maintain quality standards, and work effectively in a regulated production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly, repair, testing, and packaging operations on medical equipment and capital devices Follow standardized manufacturing procedures and work instructions Maintain accurate traveler and quality documentation to ensure traceability Ensure production records and job documentation remain accurate and up to date Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions clearly with manufacturing leadership Follow all safety procedures and utilize required safety equipment Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements Prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively Handle and maneuver small components and parts with precision Maintain a positive and professional attitude with internal and external customers
Qualifications & Requirements:
Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions English communication skills (written and verbal) required Ability to recognize colors Commitment to working 40 hours per week with no absences during the first 30 days Experience following manufacturing processes required ERP system experience preferred Medical device or other regulated manufacturing environment experience preferred Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing preferred Ability to use electronic data collection systems and computer software Ability to make decisions with minimal supervision High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Environment:
ESD manufacturing environment (not a clean room) Assembly and packaging of capital equipment similar to computers Business casual dress code required Strong body odor and scented personal products are not permitted
Dress Code Requirements:
Clothing Requirements Clothing must be non-shedding and free of frayed hems or loose threads Glitter, sequins, tassels, fringes, fleece, loose knit garments, sweaters, and loose fiber clothing are not permitted Clothing must be clean and free of dirt, lint, mud, or visible contamination Loose-fitting clothing may not be worn around machinery or soldering equipment Torsos, upper arms, and legs must remain fully covered Sleeveless tops, short shirts, skirts above the ankle, pants above the ankle, and clothing with slits are not allowed Footwear Requirements Shoes must always be worn in production areas Socks or stockings are required Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes only Sandals, slippers, clogs, woven/open footwear, and high heels over 2 inches are prohibited Changing shoes inside the production area is not permitted Additional Requirements Scented personal products are prohibited except deodorant Lip balm may only be applied outside production areas before hand washing Open wounds must be fully covered with a bandage Offensive clothing or accessories are not permitted
USOPS Pay:
$18.00 - $20.25 per hour
