Inc. is a private, family owned business that was incorporated in 1977. As a non-union welding and fabrication shop we help our customers craft, create, build, and overcome challenges as a Midwest based metal fabricator. Our main goal is supplying & installing miscellaneous metals, structural steel, prefinished aluminum railing, and tailored projects for the construction industry.

Requirements Must:

Be able to work both on a team and independently Communicate effectively and have the ability to adapt to changing organizational needs Proficiently read and work from blueprints Have the ability to set up and operate various machines, cut, punch, & bent material Verify dimensions and measurements according to blueprints, parts or templates Keep up in a fast-paced production welding environment while maintaining high quality work Maintain a good attendance record, keep a positive attitude and work in a safe and productive manner Be able to lift or move 50lbs Other Requirements Must have: A reliable method of transportation The allowance to work 40-50 hours a week
