Miratec Systems is seeking general production staff for second shift which has hours 3:15pm - 11:45pm Monday - Friday . You'll work across multiple areas of manufacturing, but will focus on assembly of graphics including laminating, trimming, seaming, cutting, graphic application, and packaging. Operators will receive training to enhance skills in all areas of graphic assembly. Key Characteristics for

Ability to prioritize work, be adaptable to changing requirements, and work through challenges. Good basic math skills and an understanding of measurements in both fractions and decimals. Good command of the English language, both verbal and written. Interest in learning, troubleshooting challenges, and developing best practices. Experience and knowledge in a similar production environment or graphics materials is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Work with shift supervisor to prioritize orders and ensure that jobs are completed on schedule. Ensure that the quality of all work produced meets internal and customer standards and complete quality reports on a job-by-job basis. Update the schedule when each job is completed to ensure that the production information is kept up to date. Demonstrate ability to perform in a fast pace dynamic environment. Be Gung Ho!
